I'm watching Fertility as Fuck as I write this post. Yes, I am a multi-tab obsessed, passionate, over thinker who is always & will always be a student of presence.😜 As a post-menopausal woman, mother of five babies born at home, I wasn't sure where this would lead me. But, just a few minutes in, redefining fertility to be MORE than JUST biological, more generative, with VITALITY and CREATIVITY woven throughout it's understanding, is fucking mind blowing! Adding sensuality and a sense of original love, a condition of radical self-awareness and self-love for our bodies, all its bits and pieces, the ones we like, the one we don't, the one's that function well and those that don't, all within this definition of fertility opened a vulnerability and freedom I didn't realize was mine to feel, let alone own. Maybe I should close all those open tabs on my computer and be fully present for the rest of the replay experience!Apr 1

I've updated my weekly rabbit hole (AKA Field Notes) on the homepage of the Study so please go look! BUT I wanted to send a few more notes here. :) The message is clear for me this week, and I hope to share it with you: CELEBRATE CELEBRATE CELEBRATE JOY JOY JOY! There IS another way besides pain and suffering. There just truly is. We want to feel as much as we can, but we cannot live in misery anymore. It was such an amazing morning heading to Yosemite National Park, blessing up the waters and sharing my sound bowls with an ancient place of land. As I mentioned in the meditation yesterday, I know at times it can feel hard to trust something is happening in the "unseen" worlds. But HOPE is required. TRUST is a must. If we allow ourselves this birthright, we jump out of a karmic circle and into a beautiful infinite loop! HAPPY NEW MOON IN CANCER :) Make yourself a good meal, take a bath, call a good friend and catch-up, let yourself feel loved, and mostly .... SLOW DOWN. lol PS: Our LIVE Study Call will be July 25th - this is for paid LIVE members of the Study and we are going deep on the throat chakra gene keys and gates for each person who comes! Tying it into the Study of Sound, it is going to be a great way to learn about your voice and communication in a whole new way. Keep using this Chat! I'll update weekly the Field Notes!Jul 13

Thank you for coming to the meditation this morning if you were able to come live - it felt important to connect the root into our heart, then up to our third eye - which is what I focused on through our time together. Replay : https://youtu.be/z-sVQzLei2M Updates added to my field notes have been added which you can view on the new home page of the Study. I am just obsessed with the torus but also taking time to sit and ground as much as I can. <3 SENDING LOVE AND LIGHT. MAY YOU BE BLESSED. MAY YOU STAY BRAVE.Jul 20

Found this in my notes from 2025, and I needed to be reminded of it. :) Maybe you , too? Stability is an interesting thing to feel fully comfortable with - as someone who has been nomadic or pretty adventurous when it comes to "home" most of my adult life - I have a hard time asking for stability. BUT that is what we are here to learn - the things we have a hard time with - and that is what I'm focusing on today. With a full moon coming in quickly - in AQUARIUS - now is a perfect time to start asking for more clarity and innovative solutions - being unafraid to try something NEW! I will send details of our upcoming LIVE call on Sunday shortly! <3Jul 24

New substack post and a few things for you all: Tomorrow is one of the most important days of the entire year. PLEASE WRITE OUT YOUR DREAMS, SHARE THEM OUT LOUD IF YOU CAN. But before tomorrow, sweep out , cleanse, and purify your place. Purge , get rid of things you don't use. Simplify it all. STAGNANT energy is blocking what you want to come in the door. Lastly - this connection of ISIS and ISHTAR , as well as Nephthys - is all about accepting the dark night of the soul , wholey and completely. Shadows, darkness, death, etc etc etc. You all - it happens. It's life. Don't dwell on it. Release this , and be DONE WITH IT. Let new energy enter your life!!!! That means forgiving and accepting your shadows as holy. :) READ THE SUBSTACK BELOW: https://emilyschromm.substack.com/p/time-to-sweep?r=gfnxg&utm_campaign=post-expanded-share&utm_medium=webAug 7

I just got to my new home in Kauai and I'm going to send A LOT of short thoughts below - each one I could expand upon as needed. The energy for this LEO MOON solar eclipse is asking for simplicity, but ask and I will send more. :) I always have so much to share! 1. A spotify song. Play on repeat until you believe it. https://open.spotify.com/track/5QWr4aDBdhlW5sRcm0kdJn?si=9f1035b9b0454b36 2. Every Sunday we have meditations, even when my Wi-Fi goes out we have a strong community to cover me! This is a very beautiful community to show up for, and you can join the calendar invite and not miss it by adding to your calendar below : https://calendar.google.com/calendar/event?action=TEMPLATE&tmeid=dHFvaGVkMTRsajllZG9vc2RzdDdpaDkzMXVfMjAyNjA4MDlUMTgwMDAwWiBzY2hyb21tLmVtaWx5QG0&tmsrc=schromm.emily%40gmail.com&scp=ALL 3. Your body is an ELECTRICAL CHARGED MACHINE. It takes both positive and negative energy to make electricity. What you feed your body (thoughts, food, water, environment, laundry soap) all create a powerful electrical current. It is up to you to choose appropriately. 4. I was told by a beautiful energy healer that I need magnesium. Emily Norine Schromm, the founder of empirica, stopped taking magnesium. LOL How did this happen?!? Well. I neglect myself when I'm in chaos or change. And that is self-sabotage. So please don't forget your magnesium. Stabilize your body. More on this in an empirica email coming xx 5. YOU CAN MOVE THE WHOLE WORLD WITH YOUR HEART. Be brave enough to love yourself and others. keep your heart open.Aug 11

I wanted to share my art with the group. Find your scorpion /demon and unblock your chakras for your future self expansion. I drew this after pulling the Power of Seven scorpions card from The isis deck. Let bright infinite light come into your being, breath in to each chakra and move the energy up, down, all around and burn the energy out of your system. I feel like I am the 5 drawing between my past and future self. Oh and if you are feeling like you need to color this energy out , save the photo and print it out. Please share if you do!Aug 12

Meteor shower tonight ! Go look at the stars and be in awe of our beautiful, amazing life !! :) The eclipse was so intense that I hid under a rock and felt it the moment it passed. 🤣 I do feel I have a new solar plexus, and I am working on keeping it from being OVER active and taking lots of time to rest. BUT.. some creative things in case you missed them: 1. A new instagram idea I have - storytell and sneak in breathwork?! If you like, please tell me I'll keep it going. My days are so filled and beautiful , I just forget to capture but will capture it if it means it gets people to breathe. IG post : https://www.instagram.com/p/Db9kOvmsf7b/ 2. A new substack on what gets held in our solar plexus (our own sun) ... SHAME. And, how it disguises itself inside our routines. This feels important to share right now ! Last night the tropical storm off hurricane Lala almost ripped apart my newly built yurt. There was no one to help with the windows. The floors were flooding. The cats were freaking out. And I just had to sit in it. Sit in the eye of the yurt. Sit in the eye of the storm. To sit in the eye of a hurricane.... There was nothing really to do except read books and draw and write - to drink a LOT of cacao LOL To pray and then to breathe and then to cry and then to just trust... The full emotional spectrum was felt yesterday. A sweet man finally came to help me put the yurt back together - and although the wind was quite intense throughout the night last night I know LALA shared her lessons gently. Are we listening? Am I listening? Here is some reading for you, too. I hope it is helpful. I send infinite love and light and energy for you to be COURAGEOUS today.Aug 17

My goodness - my heart is moving through many waves which makes sense as we are close to a full moon eclipse tomorrow! In Pisces! Finding out what kind of planets or what house is Pisces could be a good step in understanding how best to hold yourself tomorrow - but I feel called to share a message of love and encouragement in case you are feeling a LOT of things. Even in the midst of so much, please know that you are ON TRACK. The Great Mystery teaches us how to let go, and trust. Trust trust trust. More than you ever have before. Let go of the games of the mind - let go of the games of ego - let go of anger - just let yourself lean in deeply to that which is true, and beautiful, and LOVE. This song below came on and it is now on repeat - I hope it feels as lovely for you as it does for me: https://open.spotify.com/track/1NoxTgj073hVQPsdDORlvT?si=b7840687365d432d Slow and steady - your body knows when it is time to move through what it is it needs to move through. Beautiful humans and souls - Ethan will be leading the Blue Bottle love meditation tomorrow as I will be sitting in ceremony tonight!

Leaving you this for your weekend :

“By embracing the unlovable aspects of yourself and simply seeing them as reservoirs of untapped creative energy, you will experience more joy and enthusiasm in your ongoing transformation.

To take this next leap, you need to birth yourself out of self judgement by knowing that you CAN feel and experience all your thoughts and feelings without any great conflict or admonishment from your inner critic.“

Practice in the photo : pulled from Heart Initiation by Julianne Everett xx emAug 29

It is not about FIGHTING the negative thoughts - it is about disengaging with it. Instead of fighting the negative or wondering why you might be negative, simply SHIFT YOUR FOCUS into that which is light, joyful, and in alignment. To fight the negative is to give it power. Choose to simply change the direction of your eyes, and feet if necessary. LOVE YOU ALL <3 xx emSep 2

What is there to fear? "to the darkness we must return" - and like this quote says... "and even to love the waiting"... I sit between two Hurricanes - Lowell and Karina ... being in touch with what is happening , offering Spirit prayers and tobacco , lemon balm to the Ocean ... Transforming through these moments in more ways than I can explain but I am trying to explain because I want the vibration to drip off these words and hopefully be of service to any fear you too may hold. When you go fully into the darkness you realize this is where all things begin! New beginnings, new seeds, new futures, new belief systems, new everything. I go deep into this darkness and ask WHAT DO I FEAR? And I ask is it real? And I BELIEVE in the beauty of my heart, my soul, my purpose and know that something wonderful will happen for me, to me, with me. We alllll deserve this energy. SUNDAY MEDITATION IS ON ! I look forward to showing you all the Camp we will be preparing for the Challenge Retreat - even though we are fully ready to pivot as necessary, we believe we are moving forward but deciding on Sunday <3Sep 5

I am just reaching out because I have a vibe that I want to learn more - feel more - mix it up more !!! Sometimes we get into such a routine we forget that we are meant to LIVE , not merely exist!!! I am still trying to rest my body and mind and allow myself to make these next big decisions about how I will be moving forward from a place of love and openness - and that has been beautiful. What a gift to even have the space to do that. I know we will gather soon as a group , but until then I wanted to share a video of what I am learning today! All about the spine and spiritualization… I think you’ll enjoy it as well :) https://youtu.be/VLJa1_411RE I remind myself that despite the financial hit of not hosting an event , that it’s up to me and me alone to create what I desire! So I’ve been really really going deep into some held trauma and held beliefs. Our unconscious (95%?!?) is going to keep us on repeat unless we dive in. It is hard work but we don’t have to lose our joy in the process 🤍 I keep writing lists about what I love , and my goodness I really do love gathering people. Smaller groups actually feel much better , so I am working on styles and types of retreats or gatherings that feel possible for the times that are here and that are coming. May we blessed infinitely with love , light, and LIFE. I need a miracle and I expect one 🙏🌈🦋 Would love to hear from you all soon. xxSep 15

I just found a note from all of us who went to Bimini - such gratitude , heart presence, and reminders on why we are here As we go through transition, we honorably let our shadow self die. We let old self die. We release so new life can exist. What conditions do I allow (or not allow) so that this process can happen in sync with nature? What allows me (or doesn’t allow me) to fully rest ? What parts of me are resisting this change the most? An owl flew over my head last night - and I am reminded ….. Our ancestors and allies are here for us. Call those who align with light, life, and love for support Offer them sound, tobacco, prayer, your voice! And trust . Big updates soon tomorrow. Another gorgeous interview of you so desire more input : https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GM7WBqJkaZQ All is well 🙏🤍 and in perfect timing. Tell your body and mind and heart this today. xxSep 17
