I'm watching Fertility as Fuck as I write this post. Yes, I am a multi-tab obsessed, passionate, over thinker who is always & will always be a student of presence.😜 As a post-menopausal woman, mother of five babies born at home, I wasn't sure where this would lead me. But, just a few minutes in, redefining fertility to be MORE than JUST biological, more generative, with VITALITY and CREATIVITY woven throughout it's understanding, is fucking mind blowing! Adding sensuality and a sense of original love, a condition of radical self-awareness and self-love for our bodies, all its bits and pieces, the ones we like, the one we don't, the one's that function well and those that don't, all within this definition of fertility opened a vulnerability and freedom I didn't realize was mine to feel, let alone own. Maybe I should close all those open tabs on my computer and be fully present for the rest of the replay experience!Apr 1

I've updated my weekly rabbit hole (AKA Field Notes) on the homepage of the Study so please go look! BUT I wanted to send a few more notes here. :) The message is clear for me this week, and I hope to share it with you: CELEBRATE CELEBRATE CELEBRATE JOY JOY JOY! There IS another way besides pain and suffering. There just truly is. We want to feel as much as we can, but we cannot live in misery anymore. It was such an amazing morning heading to Yosemite National Park, blessing up the waters and sharing my sound bowls with an ancient place of land. As I mentioned in the meditation yesterday, I know at times it can feel hard to trust something is happening in the "unseen" worlds. But HOPE is required. TRUST is a must. If we allow ourselves this birthright, we jump out of a karmic circle and into a beautiful infinite loop! HAPPY NEW MOON IN CANCER :) Make yourself a good meal, take a bath, call a good friend and catch-up, let yourself feel loved, and mostly .... SLOW DOWN. lol PS: Our LIVE Study Call will be July 25th - this is for paid LIVE members of the Study and we are going deep on the throat chakra gene keys and gates for each person who comes! Found this in my notes from 2025, and I needed to be reminded of it. :) Maybe you , too? Stability is an interesting thing to feel fully comfortable with - as someone who has been nomadic or pretty adventurous when it comes to "home" most of my adult life - I have a hard time asking for stability. BUT that is what we are here to learn - the things we have a hard time with - and that is what I'm focusing on today. With a full moon coming in quickly - in AQUARIUS - now is a perfect time to start asking for more clarity and innovative solutions - being unafraid to try something NEW! It would be cool to be able add pictures - I had chat gpt make me a toroidal field based off the serpents rising from the caduceus and based off the golden emerald and violet color scheme you described in the meditation last week and it came up with a very similar image that you created Emily ! I also just found this book called the frequency codes that I am excited to read on the beach all week - we 🐝 roadtrippin to Pensacola to see Guy’s family! New substack post and a few things for you all: Tomorrow is one of the most important days of the entire year. PLEASE WRITE OUT YOUR DREAMS, SHARE THEM OUT LOUD IF YOU CAN. But before tomorrow, sweep out , cleanse, and purify your place. Purge , get rid of things you don't use. Simplify it all. STAGNANT energy is blocking what you want to come in the door. Lastly - this connection of ISIS and ISHTAR , as well as Nephthys - is all about accepting the dark night of the soul , wholey and completely. Shadows, darkness, death, etc etc etc. You all - it happens. It's life. Don't dwell on it. Release this , and be DONE WITH IT. Let new energy enter your life!!!! Meteor shower tonight ! Go look at the stars and be in awe of our beautiful, amazing life !! :) The eclipse was so intense that I hid under a rock and felt it the moment it passed. 🤣 I do feel I have a new solar plexus, and I am working on keeping it from being OVER active and taking lots of time to rest. Last night the tropical storm off hurricane Lala almost ripped apart my newly built yurt. There was no one to help with the windows. The floors were flooding. The cats were freaking out. And I just had to sit in it. Sit in the eye of the yurt. Sit in the eye of the storm. To sit in the eye of a hurricane.... There was nothing really to do except read books and draw and write - to drink a LOT of cacao LOL To pray and then to breathe and then to cry and then to just trust... The full emotional spectrum was felt yesterday. A sweet man finally came to help me put the yurt back together - and although the wind was quite intense throughout the night last night I know LALA shared her lessons gently. Are we listening? My goodness - my heart is moving through many waves which makes sense as we are close to a full moon eclipse tomorrow! In Pisces! Finding out what kind of planets or what house is Pisces could be a good step in understanding how best to hold yourself tomorrow - but I feel called to share a message of love and encouragement in case you are feeling a LOT of things. Even in the midst of so much, please know that you are ON TRACK. The Great Mystery teaches us how to let go, and trust. Trust trust trust. More than you ever have before. Let go of the games of the mind - let go of the games of ego - let go of anger - just let yourself lean in deeply to that which is true, and beautiful, and LOVE. What is there to fear? "to the darkness we must return" - and like this quote says... "and even to love the waiting"... I sit between two Hurricanes - Lowell and Karina ... being in touch with what is happening , offering Spirit prayers and tobacco , lemon balm to the Ocean ... Transforming through these moments in more ways than I can explain but I am trying to explain because I want the vibration to drip off these words and hopefully be of service to any fear you too may hold. When you go fully into the darkness you realize this is where all things begin! New beginnings, new seeds, new futures, new belief systems, new everything. I go deep into this darkness and ask WHAT DO I FEAR? And I ask is it real? And I BELIEVE in the beauty of my heart, my soul, my purpose and know that something wonderful will happen for me, to me, with me. We alllll deserve this energy. SUNDAY MEDITATION IS ON ! I am just reaching out because I have a vibe that I want to learn more - feel more - mix it up more !!! Sometimes we get into such a routine we forget that we are meant to LIVE , not merely exist!!! I am still trying to rest my body and mind and allow myself to make these next big decisions about how I will be moving forward from a place of love and openness - and that has been beautiful. What a gift to even have the space to do that. I know we will gather soon as a group , but until then I wanted to share a video of what I am learning today! So I’ve been really really going deep into some held trauma and held beliefs. Our unconscious (95%?!?) is going to keep us on repeat unless we dive in. It is hard work but we don’t have to lose our joy in the process 🤍 I keep writing lists about what I love , and my goodness I really do love gathering people. Smaller groups actually feel much better , so I am working on styles and types of retreats or gatherings that feel possible for the times that are here and that are coming. I just found a note from all of us who went to Bimini - such gratitude , heart presence, and reminders on why we are here As we go through transition, we honorably let our shadow self die. We let old self die. We release so new life can exist. What conditions do I allow (or not allow) so that this process can happen in sync with nature? What allows me (or doesn’t allow me) to fully rest ? What parts of me are resisting this change the most? An owl flew over my head last night - and I am reminded …..
